Importing with an Enhanced Revenue Batch is converting existing names to all caps and adding duplicate all caps addresses

Revenue can be imported from a csv file that contains constituent information.  When the names and addresses are in all capitals in this file, even though they import into the batch with the correct capitalization, the constituent records are altered to all capitalized names and addresses.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.
