Luminate CRM should be compatible with most apps in the Salesforce App Exchange.  Here are items to consider when implementing a 3rd party app:
  • Make sure to perform testing in a sandbox environment to confirm no issues occur.
  • Some issues can occur if the app uses a similar naming scheme to Luminate Online.
  • If you believe a bug is occurring then reach out to support and we can provide information to engineering.
  • Software that disables parts of Luminate CRM should be evaluated before implementing (Duplicate Management, workflows/triggers built in).  Some changes could cause functionality to not work as expected, and cause problems with integration to Luminate Online.
