You can do this by deleting the log files from the log file directory. 

To do this: 
  1. Open the log file directory. Typically, this will be C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Custom\Service\Data, but your installation may vary. You may need to check with your IT group if it is not at this location
  2. Delete the files from the directory, or move them to an alternate location to archive them
  3. Restart Raiser's Edge and go to the Connector
