Error: Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG)) in Online Express

An error may occur in Online Express when attempting to download donation transactions.
This issue was specific to certain Blackbaud Hosting Services servers, and has been resolved. If the issue continues to occur for you, please try the Alternative Solution and then click Chat with Support and reference this article if the issue persists. Be sure to find the name of the application server that you are accessing in hosting to provide the support analyst.

Alternative Solution:
  1. Click File>Exit and Sign out of The Raiser's Edge
  2. Login to The Raiser's Edge again.

Steps to duplicate:
  1. Log into Raiser’s Edge as any user at organization
  2. Click Online Express
  3. Click Download Transaction
  4. Error occurs and unable to access the transactions window
  5. Error: Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))
