Ad-hoc query does not work when using commas in filter fields

When using a comma in a field filter and then previewing results, error "Incorrect syntax near ','." 

Any business process dependent of the affected ad-hoc query would also be affected, such as segment refresh processes.
Remove commas from filter fields.

Steps to Duplicate

Steps to duplicate:
1. Create a new query
2. Add any value field with a filter of "1,000"
3. Preview results -- error Incorrect syntax near ','.
