Records for AddressFinder and other finder services can only be exported from the Non BBNC Raiser's Edge database. Follow the steps below to ensure you accessing the correct Raiser's Edge database to submit for the finder services. 

1. In Raiser's Edge, Click File from your Menu Navigation bar
3. Select to Exit and sign out of Raiser's Edge
2. Sign back into Raiser's Edge Selecting your Non BBNC Raiser's Edge database.
3. Run the submission process for which ever Finder Service you are running. 

If you are submitting through the correct Raiser's Edge database and still receive an error, please refer to Error: Unable to connect to Host: 421 Account Disabled, contact administrator - in the Data Health Center
