Reasons for not receiving the password reset email:

1. Your organization has the email address the password reset is sent from blocked. Please have them confirm donotreply@blackbaud.com is not being blocked by security settings.

2. The password reset email might be in your Spam folder

3. The email address associated with your user name incorrect. This typically happens when there is turnover in your organization. Someone will take over the ProspectMgr user role, but has not updated the original email address assigned to the user name. If this is the case once you log in, the second set of steps in How to reset your ResearchPoint password will resolve the issue.

If you are unable to reset your password Contact Support and provide them with your user name that you would like the password reset for.
