Project Budget does now show on Account Record

Project budget has been defined on the Project Record but does not show on the Account Records budget tab for a single period. 
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to Records> Projects: Open Project
2. Go to the Budget tab: Choose Scenario ID and Fiscal Year 
3. Add a project budget to an account for a single period 
4. Go to Records> Accounts: Open the Account record 
5. Click on the Budget tab: Choose the Scenario ID and Fiscal Year:  Note the period with Project amounts doesn't have any values
