Organization name prefix is lost when using constituent update batch

When adding organization records to CRM a backslash can be used to have a prefix on the record that doesn't interfere with the search function.  For example, "The Acme Corporation" can be entered as "The\Acme Corporation."  This allows for searching on "Acme" to find the record instead of "The."  However, when this record is pulled into a constituent update batch the prefix part doesn't fill the Organization name field and thus the prefix is dropped from the record when the batch is committed.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Workaround:
Update the Organization name in the batch before committing.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Create an Organization record
2. For the name begin it with "The\"
3. Save this record
4. Go to Batch Entry > Add a new constituent update batch
5. Look up the record that was just created
6. Add anything to the record; additional address, alternative lookup ID, etc.
7. Commit this batch
8. Return to the record and the prefix for the Organization name is dropped since it's never loaded into the batch
