A BBIS Profile Update Form with Educational History fields causes a batch exception error Object reference not set to an instance of an object. When downloaded and committed in BBCRM the batch will validate without issue.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch
 

Steps to Duplicate

 
  1. Create a profile update page and log into BBIS as a user
  2. Visit the page created in step 1 and fill in each of the available fields and select submit
  3. Log into BBCRM
  4. Go to Web > manage web transactions and download the profile updates
  5. Validate the batch and this will complete without any issue
  6. Commit the batch and see the error  Object reference not set to an instance of an object
