The caller will be able to go through one of the two scenarios:

The recording will ask:
"Prefer not to hold?"  Press 1 to hold your place in line, and a specialist will return your call."
"I see you are calling from xxx-xxx-xxxx,  If this is the number you want us to reach out at, press 1.  To enter an alternate phone number, press 2."

If the caller presses 1, they will hear:
"After the tone, please clearly state your first and last name, along with a direct extension if needed.  When you are finished, please press the '#' key to complete your request"

Once the caller presses '#', they will receive confirmation:
"We have received your request. Thank you for calling"

If the caller presses 2, they will hear:
"Please enter the 10 digit number where we can reach you."

Once the caller enters in their call back phone number, they will be prompted to confirm the number that was entered:
"I see you are calling from xxx-xxx-xxxx."
"If this is the number you want us to reach you at, press 1.  To enter an alternate number, press 2."
"After the tone, please clearly state your first and last name, along with a direct extension if needed.  When you are finished, please press the '#' key to complete your request.

Once the caller presses '#', they will receive confirmation:
"We have received your request.  Thank you for calling"
