Please complete the following to ensure your country settings are valid within Internet Explorer:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click the Tools button (gear icon)
- Select Internet options
- Navigate to the General tab and click the Language button
- Use the Add or Remove buttons to update your country selections
**If Hosted by Blackbaud, please adjust Regional Settings to reflect the correct country and date format to match your location.
If the above steps do not resolve the error, type the date using the yyyy/mm/dd format.
