Error: Please enter a valid date to send your message in Online Express - when sending e-mails

Users are unable to send Online Express e-mails at a later date. An error occurs preventing test and live messages from being sent.

Please ensure you are selecting a date from the date picker rather than typing in a date. The format the date picker uses when you select a date comes from country settings in Internet Explorer.

Please complete the following to ensure your country settings are valid within Internet Explorer:
  1. Open Internet Explorer
  2. Click the Tools button (gear icon)
  3. Select Internet options
  4. Navigate to the General tab and click the Language button
  5. Use the Add or Remove buttons to update your country selections
NOTE: Online Express requires Internet Explorer version 9 or higher. The above steps are valid for Internet Explorer 11.

**If Hosted by Blackbaud, please adjust Regional Settings to reflect the correct country and date format to match your location.

If the above steps do not resolve the error, type the date using the yyyy/mm/dd format. 

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Raiser's Edge as any user with access to Online Express
2. Click Online Express
3. Click the Email Marketing tab
4. Open any e-mail draft ready to send
5. Click the Get ready to send tab
6. Mark the Send this message at a later date checkbox
7. Choose a valid date and time in the future
8. Click the Schedule message button
9. Error occurs "Please enter a valid date to send your message"
