1. Log in to the NetCommunity site 
  2. Click Email > eCard Templates
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the eCard template
  4. Click the Design tab
  5. Click the Insert tab
  6. Click the Merge Fields button 
  7. Drag and drop, or double-click the Sender's Personal Message field where you want it to appear in the eCard
  8. Click Save 
If you would rather have the Sender's personal message show in the Email that gets sent, instead of the eCard, please follow the steps to add the Sender's Personal Message field to the email.
