Error: Client [client name] cannot be deleted because one or more records are associated with it - when deleting a client record with no activity

When trying to delete a client record without posted activity, a user may receive, Error: Client cannot be deleted because one or more records are associated with it.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

1. In Accounts Receivable > Records > Open client in question
2. Note that there is nothing on any of the tabs - For the activity tab, note that in Tools > Options > Records tab > Client Activity, the option IS marked to show deleted and voided transactions, but still nothing shows
3. Select File > Delete
4. Receive Error: Client cannot be deleted because one or more records are associated with it
