Query filtered on a selection does not return the correct results

When running a query that doesn't seem to be producing a correct result, the criteria that excludes revenue records where the constituent does not exist in the defined selection does not appear to be working. The query results include revenue records that should have been excluded based on the "constituent exists in ..." criteria.
