Ad-hoc query is losing selected system role when a marketing effort refresh is run

A group of ad-hoc queries is defaulting back to having no system roles added for run or edit rights when a user refreshes a marketing effort.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.

Steps to Duplicate

1.  While running as user [testuser], select Information Library from the Analysis functional area
2.  View the Annual giving query folder and note the number of queries the user has rights to
3.  Select Marketing efforts from the Marketing and communications functional area
4.  Select the ME
5.  Click calculate segment count
6.  Return to  Information Library from the Analysis functional area
7.  View the Annual giving query folder and note the number of queries the user has rights to
8.  As the refresh continues reload the page and watch the number of queries in the Annual giving folder continue to diminish
