When running the Daily Transaction report for a particular day in BBMS, there could be transactions that show up on this report that do not show up in Altru. This may happen even though the order was charged through Altru, which will be noted on the BBMS transaction.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
Log into Altru > go to Daily Sales
Search for order in order search (using constituent name), order not found.
Run daily transaction report in BBMS - transaction shows up here.
In Altru, go to Treasury > Reconcile transactions and disbursements > Unmatched disbursement > date of transaction. Here, we see the transaction listed as unmatched.
