- From constituent record, go to memberships tab
- Click on the name of the membership.
- Under Recent Membership Transactions, click on the most recent payment date.
- Click Delete Payment.
- From constituent record, go to memberships tab
- Click other tasks and select delete membership
If this membership was a $0.00 membership transaction made through the back office, we will still have to delete the $0.00 transaction first before we can delete the membership:
- Go to Revenue -> Transaction Search.
- Search by the Constituent name.
- Locate the $0.00 transaction and select it.
- Click Delete.
- From constituent record, go to memberships tab
- Click other tasks and select delete membership
If this membership was done through a sales order, there is not a way to delete the membership. We would need to refund the order and cancel the membership.
- From constituent record, go to memberships tab
- Click on the name of the membership.
- Under Recent Membership Transactions, click on the most recent payment date.
- Click Refund order on the left under Tasks.
- From constituent record, go to memberships tab
- Click other tasks and select cancel membership.
