A site option can be enabled that will provide users with the option to sign the alert anonymously. To have this enabled, please Contact Support and reference this article number. You will need to create a constituent record that will hold all of the anonymous submissions. Please provide support with the Constituent ID of the alias account that you create.

Note: This feature can not be used to send action alerts to real targets with webforms; all submission attempts would fail. By enabling the site option, it will add the following checkbox to all Action Alerts in the site: "I would prefer not to share my personal information with (organization name)." If the checkbox is marked, then it will not be delivered to the target's webform. To get around this, you could create a custom target using the legislators email address.
