1. From Tickets, click Sales Methods.
  2. Click Daily Sales or Advance Sales
    • Note: Choose the Sales Method you were working in when you received the error message. If you are receiving the error in both Daily and Advance Sales, you will need to follow the steps for each Sales Method as these receipts are unique for each method
  3. On the Itemized Receipt Options tab, Click Email receipt.
  4. Click Email Template
  5. Fill in the Subject, From address, From name.
  6. Click Save
