Typically, this error means that there is a typo or a case sensitivity issue with the Engage Domain app name as it has been entered in Luminate Online.  To fix the issue, log into your Janrain account to obtain your Engage App Name.  Then verify that it is correct in Luminate Online.

  2. Click Open Authentication
  3. Click View/Change Social Account Parameters
  4. Verify that the Janrain Engage App Name field is correct.  Note: this field is case sensitive so make sure that the capitalization matches also
  5. Make any appropriate changes
  6. Click Finish
