Error: BBERR_ADDRESS_PRIMARYADDRESSREQUIRED after importing enhanced revenue batches

When importing an enhanced revenue batch a message regarding a primary address being required is frequently given.
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future patch or service pack.  

Workaround:
Manually rekey the row with the exception

Steps to Duplicate

1. Go to import
2, Run the import process 
3. Open the resulting batch
4. Multiple rows show the exception
