Transcripts missing information when exporting to PDF

After exporting a transcript to Adobe PDF, depending on the format of the transcript, the user may see that all or part of the text is missing.
There are two viable workarounds:

Workaround #1

1. Click the Grades category in Education Edge.
2. Click Print transcripts, and open the desired transcript.
3. Click Export.
4. Export to Rich Text Document.
5. Open the Rich Text Document and Save as PDF.

Workaround #2

1. In the Education Edge, click Files.
2. Click Printer Setup.
3. Change the printer to Bullzip PDF Printer.
4. Click Grades > Print transcripts > Open desired transcript.
5. Instead of exporting, print the transcript.
6. Save the file, and now you will have a PDF of the transcript.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click the Grades category in Education Edge.
2. Click Print transcripts, and open the desired transcript.
3. Click Export.
