Constituent records containing an 'Active' Sponsorship are not displaying in BBIS using the Sponsorship Status part.
In this report, there was a duplicate website account sign-up that did not have any associated sponsorships. To address this scenario, confirm the correct user is being used when testing.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In CRM: Select a constituent with an 'active' sponsorship 2. In BBIS: Login in as user the constituent 3. Select the Sponsorship Status part 4. Using the sponsorship status part click the 'Sponsorship information' link. 5. Note: The Sponsorship Status part displays 'No active sponsorships'
