Remove any conflicting plugin files
  1. Search for and delete any old or duplicate versions of the [plugin name].VBD or [plugin name].DLL files which may exist on that workstation.
  2. Go to Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab and mark the Show hidden files, folders and drives option.
  3. Folder Options
  4. Click OK.
  5. Go to the Windows user profile Virtual Store folder for Blackbaud. For example: C:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Plugins
  6. Delete the file [plugin name].vbd that exist in that folder 
Fix the corrupt user profile
  1. Recreate a Windows user profile
