When running Address Finder Process in the Data Tune Up section of Altru, a report is not created for exceptions to the batch. You must look at Uncommitted Batches and see the exceptions to the NCOA batch there.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Administration > Data Tune Up 2. Choose the affected process on the AddressFinder tab 3. See that the file has been committed in Step 3. 4. Choose and process the exception report 5. See that no information is populated in the report although you have exceptions to the batch
