Do not mail constituents are pulling into mailings when the mailing is pulling the primary address and that address is listed as do not mail.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information. In the meantime, follow these steps: 1. Choose the exclusions tab of the Membership > choose add 2. Choose add an ad-hoc query on the marketing selection search screen 3. Create a query that pulls primary address\do not mail is equal to yes
Steps to Duplicate
1. Go to Marketing and communications > Membership Renewal Efforts > Templates > select the affected process 2. Choose the affected membership mailing the do not mail is pulling into > Edit that rule > Choose the Address Processing Tab 3. View the Addressing processing options and see that they are filtering on Primary Address (for the affected records the primary address is listed as do not mail) > Cancel out of that screen
