Why am I receiving additional prompts when logging into the Raiser's Edge versions 7.95 or higher?

When logging into the Raiser's Edge versions 7.95 or higher, you may receive additional prompts than in previous versions.
When User Account Control (UAC) is enabled, you may receive additional prompts when launching and attempting to log into the Raiser's Edge version 7.95 or higher.  These prompts are necessary in order to to allow changes to be written to protected areas during the initial configuration of the Raiser's Edge rather than being redirected to Windows user-specific virtual store locations.
