To ensure that Letters of Recommendations are processed successfully with applications for enrollment, be sure that the PDF Files do not contain + plus signs or & symbols. The files can have _ underscores.

If a Letter of Recommendation file fails to upload and results in an error, the school can take the following steps:
  1. Delete the file in the student record in onBoard
  2. Obtain the letter of recommendation
  3. Change the file name without the symbols
  4. Upload it to the Recommendations section of the student record
