To add new Grad Years:
  1. Navigate to School Website 
  2. Select Content > Alumni 
  3. Select Class Information
  4. Select  Add in the upper right corner
  5. Fill out the required Grad Year (The other fields do not need to be addressed at this time)
  6. Select Save & Exit

To add a newly created Grad Year to a user, this can be done within their Alumni Affiliation:

   1: Navigate to Core
   2: Select Users > Edit User Profile Data 
   3: Search for the constituent
   4: Under the System Information block, select Alumni Affiliation
   5: Select Add
   6: Select the Grad Year from the drop down
   7: Save & Exit
