When accessing Online Express or features within Online Express, some users may experience the following error:
Error: The Operation has Timed out
This error may occur when accessing Online Express, or when accessing Email Marketing within Online Express, or when attempting to Download Transactions from Online Express.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Log in to The Raiser's Edge 2. Click on Online Express (sometimes the error will occur here) 3. Click on Email Marketing, note error appears and key components of Email Marketing do not load 4. Click on Donations > Download Transactions, note error appears
