To regain access to this account:
  1. Log into Blackbaud Hosting Services with an account that has administrator access.
  2. Click the User Administration icon where the affected account exists.
  3. Right-click on the affected user account > Properties.
  4. Click the Account tab and confirm the following:
    1. Verify that the user's logon name matches in both fields.
    2. Confirm Password never expires is not checked.
    3. Confirm User cannot change password is not checked.
  5. Apply these changes and close the account.
  6. Log into Blackbaud Hosting Services with the affected account again.

If the issue is still occurring, reset the Blackbaud Hosting Services user's password.
