In Education Edge User cannot see all options in records - items are misaligned, fields are missing or cut off

In Education Edge, sometimes a user cannot see all the fields on a Record.  Items may be misaligned, missing, or cut off.  Changing the resolution settings and or display settings does not resolved the issue.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into EE and open a Student Record
  2. Open Address Record
  3. Choose Details tab
  4. This is a Seasonal address field is misaligned and unreadable
  5. Go to the Addresses/Salutations tab
  6. Data Entry fields are missing

Environment

 Windows 7 (64-bit)
 SQL Server 2008 R2
 The users are all on Dell Latitude E7450 laptops with docking stations. The alignment issues show both on the native screens and external monitors, even when using the recommended settings.
