I can't see Unresolved online sales orders

When working in the Sales screen, some users may not be able to see Unresolved online sales orders. 
1. Ensure that the user has the Guest services manager system role to see Unresolved online sales orders.
2. If that role does not exist in your organization, please Chat with Support.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Click Sales
2. Under Manage orders, look for Unresolved online sales orders
