On a constituent or Organization record, you can use an image/logo to identify an Organization under the Organization Information tile; however, the image may appear cropped or cut off. In the Organizational info tab on the record, the image appears in full within the Organization Details section, but not in the Organization Information tile at the top.
We’re currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future release.
Edit the Image/Logo to resize it so that it is less than or equal to 74x82 in size.
Steps to Duplicate
Go to Constituents
Open an Individual or Organization record (Use Constituent or Organization Search to locate a random record)
Under the Organization Information tile click the Edit pencil
Click Choose file to add an Image (Logo) for the Organization
Select an image that is at least greater than 74x82 in size (300x121), click Save
Note that the image/logo under the Organization Information tile is cutoff and does not display the entire image
