When dropping a student from a Course, fees included on the Course Record and Reversal Schedule do not refund for all students. Some charges may reverse, but not all.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In Registrar's Office, open the student's record. 2. Verify they are dropped, not withdrawn from the course. 3. In Student Billing, run the generate wizard for the reversal schedule. 4. The results display no or some charges reversed, but not all.
