It is possible that RODBA was previously unlocked and the database moved to another server.  Unlocking RODBA creates a user-specified read-only SQL account which may not exist on the new server.  Locking the module and unlocking again should correctly re-configure the read-only SQL account.

It may also be necessary to adjust the REOpen7 DSN at workstations after unlocking RODBA.  The following article details the error typically seen and resolution should the DSN need to be adjusted:
