1. Navigate to Communities > Forms > Contact.
  2. Hovering over the name of your form.
  3. Select Website Info from the gray menu box that appears.
  4. Click on Contact Form Options.
  5. Scroll down to the Confirmation Text area and in the area beside Email Address, make your edits.
  6. Click Finish.
  7. Return to Website Info and click the green Publish This Event Now button.
