The school will need to contact Blackbaud K-12 Support and provide the following information:
  1. Provide the Support Analyst with the email and name of the account representative at VenueVision 
  2. Provide the Support Analyst with the news, event and/or announcement categories that you would like sent over to VenueVison for set up
  3. Once we receive the Categories, we will communicate with VenueVision and provide them with the category ID's, URL for school
  4. We will then enable the categories through our Data team so that our system can communicate through the API with VenueVision
