- Provide the Support Analyst with the email and name of the account representative at VenueVision
- Provide the Support Analyst with the news, event and/or announcement categories that you would like sent over to VenueVison for set up
- Once we receive the Categories, we will communicate with VenueVision and provide them with the category ID's, URL for school
- We will then enable the categories through our Data team so that our system can communicate through the API with VenueVision
