Note: Before editing or deleting any files, back up the files.

1. Open Store Operations Administrator
2. Click the Configuration button (or select File, Configuration)
3. On the Templates tab, find the location of the current Account Statement .xml document
4. Go to the location specified in step 3 and open the .XML document
5. Make the necessary changes to the template
6. Save the document as a new file by selecting File, Save As
7. Modify the Store Operations Administrator Configuration Account Statement to point to the new file
