In order to ensure that receipts get attached to your donation form autoresponders, you'll need to ensure that the donation campaign(s) is added to the Donation Campaign application in the appropriate PDF Receipt.
  1. Click Setup>Receipt Manager
  2. Click Edit next to the appropriate PDF receipt
  3. Skip to step 3. Select Applications
  4. Click Configure next to Donation Campaigns
  5. Select the appropriate donation campaigns and click Finish
