Online Express users prompted with Get Started! screen multiple times

Online Express prompts users with the Get Started! flash screen even though organization has already provisioned Online Express previously and has been working in the plugin. The Online Express icon will appear for supervisor users but will not be accessible for non-supervisor users.
Please contact Support with your database serial number.

Temporary Workaround: If you have your Online Express ID and provisioning information from when Online Express was first installed in your organization you can walk through the steps to re-provision. This will enable your page as it was and you will not need to re-create donation pages, etc. Re-provisioning also resets your security settings. To allow Online Express access to non-supervisor users click here.

Please do not provision your Online Express unless you have your original Online Express ID and information. Creating an Online Express account without these IDs may cause your organization to lose information and transactions among other items within Online Express.

Steps to Duplicate

1. Log into Raiser's Edge as a supervisor user
2. Click Online Express
3. Get Started! screen appears and users are unable to access anything within Online Express without following the provisioning steps
