When a student is withdrawn or dropped from a course and a student from the waitlist is automatically enrolled, the ODBC error occurs when saving the class. The ODBC error does not occur if manually enrolling the student from the waitlist.
We are currently evaluating this issue and will update this article when we have more information.
Steps to Duplicate
1. In Scheduling > Open a Class, search for the class. 2. On the Students tab, unmark the enrolled box for the student that is withdrawing from or dropping the course. 3. Click Save and Close. 4. Receive error.
