If you use the Constant Contact integration feature, there is a tool that can compare your eTapestry database against your Constant Contact database. This is helpful for seeing which accounts you have in eTapestry and may need to be moved over to Constant Contact, or visa-versa.
The tool is very simple to use as you just enter in your email address and click a button to Schedule For Off Hours. You should receive a confirmation email the next morning telling you if it was successful or if it failed. It is possible that the comparison tool runs into an error you will receive a confirmation email that says something similar to this:
Oops! Unfortunately an error occurred while processing your transfer of email addresses to Constant Contact that prevented us from completing your request. If you contact eTapestry Support at email@example.com and provide the following information we will try to assist you with your issue.

First, you should attempt to schedule the comparison to run again. It is possible that something interrupted the process and simply running the tool again will get you your results.
If it fails after two attempts, please contact Support and provide this article ID as well as the confirmation error containing the failure message.
