When our users set up account numbers on the Add purpose and designation screen it is not allowing them to change the revenue category. It is automatically populated and does not allow them to change the Revenue Category field
We're currently evaluating this issue for a fix in a future e patch or service pack.
Workaround: Enter the GL account information on the designation record after selecting save.
Steps to Duplicate
1. Select Add a purpose and designation from the Fundraising functional area 2. Select This purpose will start a new hierarchy 3. Internal purpose name = bbtest 4. Purpose lookup id = bbtest 5. Public purpose name = bbtest 6. Purpose description = bbtest 7. Purpose type = Accounting 8. Select the Map to General Ledger tab 9. (Designation) = any value 10. For Fund Code(designation), name = bbtest, segment value = 011100 11. Note that you cannot select a revenue category
