To review and resolve exceptions: 

Open the validated batch or exception batch. 
  1. Select Administration, Batch Entry
  2. Under uncommitted batches, select the drop down next to the batch with errors. 
  3. Select Edit Batch
  4. On the Batch screen select 'filter' which is under the messages box
  5. Set the Filter to 'all errors', select ok.
  6. Select 'show all' to the left of filters. This will show the error messages
Review the error messages and resolve as needed.
  • The fields with red triangles in the corner are the fields causing the exceptions. You can click, edit, and delete the values in these fields to resolve any errors.
