We have discovered that when a TeamRaiser participant enters a gift through their Participant Center, the donor's billing information is overwriting the participant's constituent record information. How do we fix this? Why is my donor information being overwritten?
There is a Site Data Parameter (SDP) setting that determines donation form behavior and how constituent data is updated from the billing data. When this option is set to TRUE and the constituent is logged in, information (excluding email address) from the billing fields will be used to update the Constituent360 record. Please contact support and reference this article to disable this functionality.
