Some users receive the following error message when syncing a list, or a group, of records in ResearchPoint to Raiser's Edge:
Error: The remote server returned an error: (502) Bad Gateway.
The error message will show up for every record ID that could not be synced. The same records are able to be synced individually without error.
1) Log into Raiser's Edge as Supervisor from the machine where Blackbaud Web Services is installed. 2) Go to Web Services from the left-hand taskbar. 3) Under Installed Services, locate Blackbaud Web Services. Click the Install Update link. 4) After the update runs, click Blackbaud Web Services. A prompt will appear asking if you want to install the update. Click Yes.
