Recognition credit does not appear for newly created spouse records when added through the Edit constituent form in batch

When editing a constituent record from a row inside a batch you can add a relationship such as spouse and create a new individual record for that spouse.  When creating the spouse this way a recognition credit will not appear on their record even if the default recognition settings are set up for spouse to get 100% match.
