For the student record reference in the error message:
  1. In The Education Edge go to Registrar's Office > Records > Students
  2. Open the Student's record
  3. On the Enrollments tab, ensure the Class of and Grade Enrolled fields are completed
  4. In Core > Settings > Blackbaud Connections > Connect Education Edge open Edit Setup Options
  5. Click Yes for Force Refresh.
  6. Click Save
